Opt-Out Information and Form

Our staff, leaders and media team often capture photos and video at church events so that we might share them with one another. At times, we may also use the images we capture to spotlight and promote the amazing work that God is doing in the life of our church on the web, on social media and in printed publications.

We recognize that there may be some families who don't want their child or teen’s images to be used. If you do NOT want us to use your child or teen’s image for promotion in any way, please let us know by completing the opt-out form available below.
